Our Process

Consultation

We like to start with a one on one, in-person consultation in order to make sure that what the Muscle Auditor provides is the right fit for you, as well as to answer every question or concern you might have. This is a vital step in ensuring both parties have similar expectations and will enhance every step of your experience. After the initial consultation, our process involves four key stages: Audit, Report, Train, and Progress.

Audit

This is a 1-2 hour assessment of your body's current state of muscular control and stability. The goal of the assessment is to take in data of your standing and supine posture along with your active range of motion so that we can look back and determine whether or not we're going in the right direction. Reassessments occur every 1-3 months.

  • 1:1 Sessions
    Our 1:1 sessions offer customized fitness training designed around your unique body structure, needs, and goals. Whether you're an athlete, a full time employee, a parent who is tired of their constant pain and irritation, or someone who needs help to slow down the aging process, Kyle creates a unique, individualized exercise experience just for you! A multitude of different tools and philosophies will be employed to help you meet your specific goals. See our locations
  • Remote Training
    Our app-based remote training brings personalized fitness directly to your device with tailored workout plans, remote form checking via video, and progress tracking. Programs are built in 4 week increments and dynamically adjusted to each trainee's needs and progress. The app allows use at both the Muscle Auditor gym where clients can train with Kyle and outside locations like their home or more convenient gym. Want to learn more about our remote training options?   • Baseball Performance Mentorship
    The Baseball Performance Mentorship is built for high school baseball players looking to move on to the next level.   • Training for Injury Recovery
    Our training for injury recovery is perfect for individuals who want to rebuild strength after physical therapy or treatment, but don’t know where to start. Kyle's personalized 1:1 sessions provide you with the knowledge, means, and motivation to safely begin working back from a significant injury or surgery and get back to the activities you love.
