    Please complete the Client Intake Form prior to your first session. This ensures we can make the most of our time together. Deadline: Submit no later than the night before your scheduled session.
  • 2. Scheduling
    Your initial consultation is booked through Calendly.
    • If you have a consistent schedule, we’ll establish recurring session times after the consultation.
    • If your schedule varies week to week, you can continue booking sessions via Calendly at your convenience.
  • 3. Intake Audit – First Session
    Your first session is a 60-minute evaluation and strategy session. We’ll:
    • Review your intake form
    • Perform a full-body movement and lifestyle audit
    After the session, I’ll provide you with a tailored Report of Findings outlining your strengths, areas for improvement, and a recommended path of progression. Options may include:
    • Weekly or monthly in-person sessions
    • Remote programming and support
    • A hybrid model tailored to your needs
  • 4. Pricing
    Session rate: $140 per hour
    This includes individualized coaching, detailed progress tracking, and fully customized training tailored to your goals and needs.
